Following are the documents required for account opening.

1.A clear copy of Computerized NIC of A/C holder and Nominee will be required. Only NIC Signature of A/C holder will be accepted. (Signature should be cleared on copy of NIC)

2.If you want to Pay zakat your self Please tick Muslim zakat non-payable and Attach attested photocopy of zakat declaration or original zakat declaration form.

3.Please sign on each page of term and condition. If A/C is open Jointly both applicant need to signs on each page of term and condition.

4. If you want to receive Cash dividend in your bank A/C so tick YES. And give detail of Bank A/c title, A/C no, Name of Bank, Branch and City. If tick NO your Cash divided will be received at your home.
